Is the Specific Racial Memory Breakthrough safe?

"It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our mercy, sense of justice and common sense. That we have also arranged things so that almost no one fully understands the implications leaps in science and technology without restraint. This is a prescription for disaster. We might get away with it for a while, but sooner or later this combustible mixture of ignorance and power is going to blow up in our faces."--Amarr Scientist

GP - Mere months ago Gallente researchers broke the news. They had finally opened and understood the Pandora's Box that is Racial Memory. This advance had been theorized for years, but was not a reality until scientists were able to key in on the cerebral dendrites that housed what many consider to be "knowledge" and "memory" and develop  a process to convert these into data.

Racial or Genetic Memory formerly was confined to memories present at birth that existed in the absence of sensory experience, and that are incorporated into the genome over long spans of time. It was based on the idea that common experiences of a species become incorporated into its genetic code. With this breakthrough, ideas, memories, feelings and even skill engrams can be packaged and stored for use.

One researcher went into detail "We may be looking at future applications like training animals through memory engrams, or even people. Imagine a world you could save a memory engram for piloting an aircraft and have the skill essentially uploaded to another person and have them possess the same skill level as the original user and be immediately proficient at it. The possibilities are staggering."
