PFBHz finished?

Recent intel suggests the mercenary group known as the PFBHZ has crumbled. Many of the details are shrouded in mystery but it appears that a rash of PC losses has sapped the groups confidence and splintered the membership. Some of the details are as follows: A lack of performance has caused the CEO to step down, a skill level division between two core groups that merged [PFB and the BHZ] caused a schism down the center, a leadership void allowed the corp wallet to be looted and now the corp famous for their toppling of The Imperfects and leaving the Open Trials as the highest rated mercenary corporation..Is a rudderless ship.

GNN will continue to mine our sources for details and get quotes from those involved. More details will be provided as soon as they are available.

    3. It's not like that at all. PFBHz has some amazing people in it still... and they are still friends to many of us in RoFL. These things happen, especially when you have the gamer personalities. Sometimes they just don't always mesh. PFBHz will hopefully be able to work through this just fine. That doesn't mean the people staying or leaving are in the wrong, they just gotta find that group that fits them best.

    2. I agree they have been good fights. The real truth here is that it showed us the reality of the situation, and some people obviously couldn't handle it.

  10. how have they fail cascaded? they lost all of 10 of their members which isn't even 1% and yet the tinfoil hats have come racing out before any actual truth has been shed.

    2. The 5% they lost according to you happens to be the only good 5% that was in pfb

    3. They still have plenty of good players. Of course those that left were very good, and it sucks to see that... but it is the way of the gaming world at times.

  11. Lol, these drama blogs are hilarious.

Allow me to clear some of the fallacy up. We are not going anywhere. Even in MAG we kept together for a long time just as a small group of us, and if it needs to happen again it will. However we have a large amount of members now and keeping the same high bar simply won't happen. There seemed to be two mentalities in the clan, one part wanted to be elite and smash everyone which resulted in us playing basically the same people over and over again... and the other portion of the clan wanted us to be a mentor clan, play more of a variety of people and get people more used to clan battles which is why many joined us in the first place.

It seems we went more with the mentor route of things and some of the guys who preferred things the way they were before didn't like it. Most that I've talked to state that they had other things influencing their choices to leave, a big one being other members in the corp that they enjoyed playing with got burnt out on the game or dislike the build so much that they've become inactive in Dust.

As for PFBHz being a sinking ship, not quite. With how many new members we have we need time to build up our chemistry, get everyone used to playing with each other and get them familiar with PC and trained to a point where we can fight top notch groups again with confidence. A few of our battles against Hellstorm seemed fairly close, so I don't feel we're too far away. It'll just take some time.

Granted some of the people that left were great players we still have some left and the rest of our guys show potential. May not be a top competing corp for a little while, but PFBHz will be fine.

  14. UPDATE! The former PFBHz CEO had this to say:

    Good Morning,

There isn't much to say, TBH. I don't like Uprising and many of the guys that started this with me two years ago in EVE dislike it so much that they stopped playing the game.

The CEO job comes with a lot of work and I no longer have the will or urge to continue when I no longer enjoy playing the game. The FPS mechanics took a huge step back with Uprising.

The fact that you guys are spinning this as a rift b/n clans could not be further from the truth. Many lost the urge to continue investing time into what is perceived as a broken game, including myself.

    Best,
    J

  15. Basically only thing you need to read if you want to find anything out is what James said.

But most importantly, this game is utter utter shit.

  16. Wow, sensationalized to the max... a handful of very talented people left, and our leadership stepped down. Granted it was all of a sudden, and that really threw things into turmoil, but we will work through this. It's exactly as James stated. No sugar-coating it, or damage control, It's a tough position to be in, but we will bounce back.

Also, this wasn't actually a Hellstorm thing. In fact, those battles were just the icing on the cake. Most of these members were already quitting/gone because of Uprising, or other internal issues. And most of the people that left were friends, leaving because their other friends left. We still have some of our strongest players, and we still have plenty of great talent, and awesome members. We will be fine. I personally appreciate the support some of our old friends from ROFL have given us here. It's nice to know some people care :)
