Imperfects routed near Stain
Although no one is sure what prompted the conflict, reports are pouring in about a PFBHz, IMP engagement near Stain. We've recently procured rather grainy recordings of what appear to be a decisive defeat. You can view the tape here. It cuts off suddenly after constant bombardment from planetary and orbital forces destroys the Imperfect Mobile Command Center and they are forced to retreat.
Viewed by many to be the top mercenary corp in the galaxy, this incident has to shatter the cloak of invincibility regarding the Imperfects', the corp who successfully defeated all other competitors and earned top honors at the private training facility owned by Muryia Mordu a mere two months ago.
We'll continue to provide more on this story and will be sure to reach out to spokesmen for both corps to get their version of events. This incident could prove interesting as the PFBHz could find plenty of employment as a counter when corporations employ the Imperfects to destroy, protect and escort assets or VIPs.

DeleteThat realy was cool seeing the lasers hit the ground and make splosion. I like splosions!
Deleteleave it to dusters to make drama where there wasn't any
ReplyDelete"we don't know what prompted this engagement"
if you just look on the dust forums that aren't blocked then you would see that they fought each other because nobody else would. and they mightve lost sooner if more corps would challenge them. that one guy from 3c running his mouth in your comments about how the imps couldnt beat them yet they never did a contract to prove this.
his false bravado is cloying. and its stories like these where you get all the facts you want or should i say as little as possible to make a story out of nothing.
I think they are trying to make it seem more dramatic, and doing it in a Role Playing sort of way. Almost like they are doing it as if it were all lore.
DeleteFPS role players? Well, this is New Eden where everything is possible.
Delete^ this guy get it.
ReplyDeleteCCP just announced a friend referral program for Dust where people signing up via a link get a free Recruit Assault Rifle and Skill Booster. Lots of fun to be had.

ReplyDeletestat padders lose in competitive match shocker
ReplyDeleteRofl was a contender in the tourny, even tho we beat them undefeated, they were better than SI, we only had 1 close match to SI the rest were a blow out. Rofl is pfb so we skrim to get better. In my opinion the map was to fault to that. 1 spawn was better then the other spawn. Lots of map balance still needs to be tweaked. The are good and deserve that win.
